Sigh

When someone important is pushing you away, do you let them?

No.

UP Manila

It's been a while!

So hi I am officially in college and in UP Manila. It has been a crazy adventure, my enrollment, and how I landed a slot in BS Pharmacy? I don't even know anymore. But after almost three months as a BS Pharmacy student, it's turning out great. Despite the toxic life of a pharmacy student in UPM (Math 17, Bio Lab and Lec ////) I have taken refuge in my new-found friends. They are pretty incredible. And I think I'm going to be with these guys for a loooong time. Even if I'm transferring to Diliman (hopefully!!!!!!!) next year...

I've returned to blogging mainly because I need an outlet to express all these akjdlskajdkjs things I feel. And because I don't have time to write it all down in my real journal. Since I'm always online...hehe. And also because I've missed writing/blogging whatever-you-call-it.

Here's to a great first year in UP Manila!! xx

College!!!

I got in UP (University of the Philippines)!!  It's one of the most prestigious schools here in the Philippines and I passed the entrance exam!! I am literally so excited and happy and ahhhh! I have been praying for this moment to come. I have been begging, wishing at 11:11, praying everyday to get into this school and because God is awesome, He makes it happen. :) I didn't get into Diliman, though, which was my goal but I am still pretty contented having landed a slot in UP Cebu.

I also got into UST (University of Santo Tomas)!! It is also one of the most  prestigious schools here in the Philippines since it was where Dr. Jose Rizal, our national hero, went to school to. It would be such a great honor to go UST because I am the first Esmena to actually study there. Like my sister, who was the first Esmena who studied in UP. I feel really blessed right now. I still have to go to an interview, though, because that's the process.

Now, passing these two schools, I have to choose. My family is planning to go back to Manila after I graduate (around 2 months to go!!) I have to choose between UST, which is in Manila; or UP, which is here in Cebu. If I were to choose, I would go to Manila, honestly. Everything is there and you get to do so many things you can't here in Cebu. It's such a place full of adventures and I love those.

As of now, I don't have a decision yet. But I really want to study in UP because it has been my dream since I was mature enough to actually be thinking about college. Idk, I hope I make the right decision. And I hope the Lord guides me through it. :) xx

It's been a long time

Hey hey! It's been a long time since I came around. And it's not because I didn't have any exciting things to blog about, I did! (Like my birthday, and me getting 1D's second book!!!! *squeal* probably more on that later) It's just that I am so busy and tired with school and practices and shit. I get home at around 8pm and I have to do schoolwork (and/or twitter and tumblr) So, I get pretty tired by the end of the night.

On the bright side, it's almost Christmas and I am pretty excited. I ain't feeling the Christmas season yet, though. I think it's because this week is periodical week, idk. I have never been that big of a fan of Christmas and it's festivities. I'm more of looking forward to Sinulog (something I am sure I'll be blogging about :D)

So, I just wanted to say hi to all of you reading that I am still alive, alert and enthusiastic about life and everything. Yeah. ☺

Oh and I am fond of saying this new expression "MWA MWA CHUP CHUP" lolyeah

Wakeboarding

It is one hard sport. You have to maintain your balance, making sure your center is actually at your center. You have to bend your knees to balance on the board. You have to make sure you don't pull the rope or else you will fall. And there were intimidating Europeans and Americans everywhere. So that most certainly did not help.
My arms hurt so much I cannot even. But I had fun. ☺

To Manila

I am back from my semestral break and I am so ready to blog about everything! ☺

So, Manila.
On the plane to Manila, all I could think was "I am getting my 1D book, I am getting my 1D book. I am getting my 1D book." All I could think of was the weeks and weeks I have been saving up for it and the time has come for me to actually have it in my own hands. It feels surreal let me tell you. I may be overreacting but I almost cried when that salesgirl from Fully Booked handed it to me.

Salesgirl: Here.
Me: Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu (in a squealy, fangirl voice)

That's one thing checked off my list:
Get One Direction's first book, check

Just look at me and my big smiles. Aww
